🇮🇱🇵🇸⚡️Since the start of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip earlier this month, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) report that troops stationed in the Rafah area have been working to demolish a large tunnel network and have also located a multiple rocket launcher.

According to the IDF, the Nahal Brigade, operating under the Gaza Division, has been positioned in Rafah, east of the “Yellow Line” marking the Israeli pullback zone in Gaza.

Troops reportedly discovered a 15-barrel rocket launcher and other Hamas military equipment. The IDF stated that forces are continuing to destroy the remaining underground tunnels, which allow militants to move, hide, and launch attacks against Israeli forces.

The IDF also said that Hamas operatives have repeatedly emerged from tunnels to engage troops in firefights. In two separate clashes in recent weeks, three Israeli soldiers were killed.
