🇧🇷🏳⚡️Military police prevented a robbery at a bakery on Wednesday (8th) in São Luís (MA) during a routine patrol.

The officers entered the establishment and caught the criminal in the act, shooting him in the left leg to immobilize him.

The suspect, identified as Tcheysson Egbertse Costa Correia, 33, was armed and was robbing a victim's cell phone when he was caught by the police. The officers seized a .380 caliber pistol with the serial number scratched off, a gold watch, four cell phones, and R$ 122 in cash.

🇧🇷⚡️A blue belt jiu-jitsu fighter subdued a thief and prevented a robbery in São Paulo's South Zone last Saturday (04). She restrained the man by holding his arms and locking his hips with her legs for 30 minutes until the police arrived.

The man had stolen a bicycle from a house and fled but returned an hour and a half later to take more belongings. Armed with a knife, he was met with resistance as the fighter applied techniques that led him to surrender.

The woman’s technique caused no harm to the thief, who was taken directly to a police station.
