The mission was conducted under the Joint Operational Command Catrimani II, with support from the Brazilian Army (EB) (AeroIN).

Two-Phase Transport Operation
1. Ground Transport: The generator was transported 112 km by road from Boa Vista to Alto Alegre.
2. Air Transport: From Alto Alegre, a Black Hawk H-60 helicopter carried the generator for 224 km to Surucucu.

Logistical Challenges

The operation faced significant challenges due to the lack of adequate roads and limited landing strips in the region. River routes were not suitable for large vessels, making military support essential for mission success.
