The wallet’s owner had asked for help but before they could secure the funds, another party appears to have gained access and withdrew the BTC to their own wallet.

⚠️ JUST IN : A crypto bridge was exploited twice in four days, with more than $4.4M stolen.

The bridge had no withdrawal safeguards, allowing users to withdraw any amount in a single transaction. In one transaction alone, the attacker drained 1,158 ETH, worth roughly $2M.

The victim was social engineered into signing a bait phishing approval, which compromised their wallet and resulted in $7M+ being stolen.

The wallet won 13 out of 16 bets, then immediately stopped trading and withdrew over $25M to a binance wallet.

⚠️ JUST IN : A victim lost 6.4K ETH (~$10M) to a social engineering scam.

The victim was contacted by scammers impersonating support staff which led to an account holding over $10M being compromised.

The stolen funds are now being split across three separate wallets, likely as the attackers split cuts from the theft.

The victim received a call from a fake support team and was social engineered, resulting in the theft of 30 BTC (~$1.84M) and 702 ETH (~$1.2M).

⚠️ JUST IN : Popular OTC group @blackhat has reportedly been banned.

Another well-known name in the OTC scene is gone. @blackhat had built a strong presence in the community and was widely known among traders and dealmakers. There are also speculations that the group may have been involved in some form of criminal activity, which could potentially be the reason behind the ban. However this has not been confirmed so it’s still unclear what actually happened.

RIP ⚰ @blackhat ❌ — the OTC community definitely won’t feel the same without it.
