😁 JUST IN: “No-KYC” Crypto Cards May Not Be Fully Anonymous

An investigation into 16 crypto cards found that some marketed as “no-KYC” actually operate through business card programs, meaning users may be covered under a company’s verification rather than being individually KYC-checked.

The investigation also flagged fees of up to 5%, inactivity charges and cases of customer funds being frozen by banking partners.

In short, no KYC at signup doesn’t necessarily mean no identity trail.

😁 Telegram Tests Improved Video Messages on Android

Telegram is testing a new “Round Video (Experimental)” section in its Android beta, giving users more control over video messages.

The experimental options include:

• 360p / 480p resolution
• 30 / 60 FPS
• 750 Kbps–2 Mbps bitrate
• Low / Medium / High camera quality
• Support for Android Camera2 recording

Another option allows users to save video messages as uncropped square videos, removing the usual circular format and Telegram graphics.

The features are currently available only in the Android beta and may change or never make it to the stable release.

😁 JUST IN: Microsoft’s X Account Compromised in Clippy-Themed Crypto Scam

🤩 Microsoft’s official X account was hijacked by attackers who used the iconic Clippy character to promote a cryptocurrency token.

The attackers reportedly posted from the account for around 30 minutes, directing users to a fake Clippy profile and claiming the character would return if a post received 500,000 likes.

The nostalgic campaign was actually a crypto promotion. Microsoft confirmed the breach, removed the fraudulent posts, secured its account, and launched an investigation into the incident.
