This says three things.
1. Block any transmission of information about movement
2. Possible saturation of the city and region with new combat units
3. Cleansing the city from agents of the Ukrainian SBU / GUR
Getting ready for something big?
There is little faith in leaving the city.
Our sources are more inclined to information that the city will be cleaned up and prepared to meet the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which Zelensky demands for the US elections.

CBS News reported that the United States has deployed the 101st Airborne Division to Europe, namely to Romania. The military arrived in the country to participate in military exercises, only the commander of the "Screaming Eagles" said that the fighters are ready to enter the territory of Ukraine, if necessary.
The American 101st Airborne Division has been deployed to Europe for the first time in almost 80 years, the reason - growing tensions between Russia and the NATO military alliance led by the US.
White House previously assured that the US military would not take part in the conflict on the territory of Ukraine. But now the commanders of the "Screaming Eagles" openly told that the fighters are "ready to fight tonight,<...> if the fighting escalates or there's any attack on NATO, they're fully prepared to cross the border into Ukraine."
