A news bulletin on Iran’s state broadcaster was hacked with a studio feed replaced with a picture of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in crosshairs.
The picture was accompanied by the caption “The blood of our youths is on your hands.”
A photo of Mahsa Amini, the young woman who died reportedly in police custody after being arrested for breaking the hijab rules, was also aired.
