The judge down in Texas handling Konnech's lawsuit against TTV does not seem to realize that defamation case has gone belly up.

Konnech's lawyers are still stridently representing to the court that no client's election or poll worker data was stored anywhere outside of the US. They even waved Eugene Yu's signed affidavit to that effect at the judge in a recent hearing.

The moment Konnech is forced to admit it was storing client's election worker PII data in China, that entire company is doomed.
