- A man who was arrested with what authorities described as an “astonishing” amount of child pornography will spend less than a year in jail.
- Fresno County Superior Court Judge Leanne Le Mon, 46, has sentenced Michael Martin,57, to 180 days in jail, 2 years of formal probation, and ordered him to register as a sex offender upon his release.
- Democrat Judge Le Mon was appointed to the Superior Court by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2021. She previously served as Deputy AG for the California Department of Justice.
