It was 19 pages in length and cites ample law and case history supporting a simple factual truth...

GRAND JURIES Belong To WE THE PEOPLE!

Grand Juries are a very poorly understood entity that we all better learn about because they are exactly what the founding fathers installed to ensure We The People had a way to peacefully hold corrupt, runaway governments to account.

Grand Juries are...

1. Independent of All 3 Branches

2. Can determine their own jurisdiction.

3. Required to be informed of any substantiated allegations of criminal activity.

4. Can subpoena anything during an investigation so they can get to the bottom of whatever they are looking into.

5. Made up of regular people like you and me.

Grand juries don't belong to a judge, a prosecutor, or the Department of Justice!

They belong to US and the Supreme Court has always been VERY clear on this point.

The Defendants have now until Sep 26 to respond...then the Honorable Marco Hernandez will either request oral arguments or make a ruling.

As of Sunday morning the 11th more than 183,000 Americans supported our Petition.

We understand that is now over 200,000 and growing...and YES, you can still JOIN THE FIGHT!

We expect this case to find it's way to the Supreme Court and your growing support will help us get the victory all Americans deserve.
