Here's my take after reading both the DOJ's motion for a stay and Trump's legal team response:

Trump is going to win this easily.

He's got the law on his side and the gov't is being forced to incoherently argue that they have no idea if a national security review of the documents stored at MAL would determine that some of those documents are still classified BUT HEY BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY SO THEY NEEDED TO DO THE RAID AND SEIZE ALL OF THEM ANYWAY.

We could see Judge Cannon appoint the Special Master by the end of this week.

Putin was never going to KEEP a lot of the territory that the Russian forces seized outside of the Donbass region.

The goal was to denazify the region and destroy the labs.

Has that been accomplished?

if so, what would the Russian forces DO once their objectives are met?

The Russians would begin withdrawing and naturally the Ukrainians are going to advance and 'retake' the area.

Russians: Great. All the Nazis are dead. We've destroyed all the labs. IT'S MILLER TIME! Let's go home, boys!

Ukrainians: "The Russians are fleeing! We're making them withdraw! The area is ours now!"
