People in Hollywood knew 30 years ago that Bill Cosby was drugging and raping women. But nobody talked about it outside of the Hollywood clique.

And when they did talk about it at their parties, it was a huge joke to them.

Just like the Royals having their pedo rings was an open secret in the UK for decades and a good laugh has been had by all within the clique. And serious consequences came to people who violated the protocol.
