Cunanan was gay and dated well to do gay men in California. His first 2 murders were ex boyfriends. One murder in New Jersey appears to be for a truck to drive to Miami where he murdered Versace. Interestingly, the FBI’s failure is part of this story too. Despite putting Cunanan on America’s FBI most wanted list and knowing he was in Miami for 4 weeks, they made no public warning or announcement. One local news station ran a story based on an internal FBI memo. The FBI reportedly said it was a routine flyer and didn’t warrant special attention when questioned about the flyer. Louis Freeh was the Director of the FBI.

👆👆👆I'd add that if this current reporting is true - and it might be just another fake leak - the documents the FBI was so determined to seize had to do with the Iran Deal that Obama and Joe Biden got rammed through without a vote in the US Senate.

Pallets of cash and other shenanigans went on. If Trump declassified it all and had a cache of documents detailing the bribery and under the table deal-making that went on to get the Iran Deal done, I can certainly see how Joe Biden would be desperate to get those documents back.
