One day after Russian armed forces started their offensive on Ukraine in February, a Gazprom executive, Alexander Tyulakov, was found dead in his garage.

In April, Sergei Protosenya, ex-top manager of Russia's largest liquefied natural gas producer Novatek — was found dead with his wife and daughter at a villa in Spain. Spanish authorities said they believe he killed his family and then took his own life.

In May, ex-Lukoil manager Alexander Subbotin was found dead in a basement in Moscow.

Days later in May, Vladislav Avayev, the ex-vice president of Gazprombank, was found dead in his apartment along with the bodies of his wife and his daughter.

The only reason these individuals would have committed suicide was a collapse of their assets after the sanctions were introduced, possibly colossal liabilities such as debt hanging over their heads, promises/contracts to other large businesses unfulfilled — that usually ends in threats & massive stress.

The Southern Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said in a statement on Thursday that it will refrain from announcing the names of the villages that were taken during the counteroffensive in the Kherson direction, so that the Russian Armed Forces could not launch a missile attack on them.



Because the Russians have no idea what villages they supposedly lost?
