In order to ensure we all have the same understanding of what will be presented here, you know that all 17 (or however many intel agencies were up to now) intel entities inside the US government has a China desk. And by desk I mean more like a section, branch, etc. In addition to the intel agencies, we have all the military services with Chinese specialists. They have entire sections of personnel who focus exclusively on China (Asia) for 30+ years at a time). We spend multi millions teaching them the language. We have an entire combatant command focused on the Asian theater with US military bases all over the area. Lastly, we have satellite capability focused directly on China. As an Air War College student in 2003, our entire focus of the wargaming was focused on…China. So why have you not heard of what’s to follow? Where were all these assets in protecting our elections?

Let’s dig in. On April 24 2008 an Investigative Report on the Control of Chinese and the Implementation of Global United Front Strategy by the Chinese Communist Regime was released. At the time, April 9, 2008, the Beijing Olympics Torch arrived in San Francisco which was the only US stop that year. As a reminder, UK and France had major protests against China when the torch arrived there. However, the CCP used its embassy and consulates in the US to ensure it didn’t happen here. The first of its kind in the US, the CCP amassed a large contingent of ‘overseas Chinese’ via their Global United Front efforts using buses ethnic Chinese were bussed in from all over, assigned specific locations to block out any organic support for Taiwan, Tibet, etc.

The open southern border might be a ruse to hide the real immigration issue. The International Organization for Migration identified “China is the country with the largest overseas immigrants.” Until 1949 the Chinese immigrant population, worldwide, was 10 million. Between 1949 and 2005, Chinese immigrants increased to 35 million. In 50 years “there were at least 25 million Chinese immigrating overseas. While many were fleeing communism, many were exporting communism as we will illustrate below. As of 2008, 90% of the Chinese nationals have citizenship in the country they now reside in.

The Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, along with the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has targeted overseas Chinese people with a long term propaganda and indoctrination of CCP concepts. They use sentimental emotions toward China and their ancestors and conflate China and CCP to anyone who will entertain their efforts. The CCP’s long term strategy was to form “communist branch offices in various countries. Such effort directly nurtures and establishes Chinese Communist influences inside the belly of the nations. Such political alliances have the same will a the Chinese Communist regime, exerting subtle and gradual influences on the value direction and national policy of the residing countries through ideological infiltration and assault.”

Using a host of political alliances, organizations, clubs the CCP’s aim is to create a nation within a nation. In the 1960’s the CCP smartly transitioned from “world revolution” or exporting communism by force to Cultural Revolution which “destroyed traditional Chinese philosophy, morality, and civilization.” This created international controversy. In 1977, the CCP changed it up with the creation of the United Front. A change in tactics, not strategy. The collapse of the Soviet Union led to an emphasis on “the patriotic united front” and to “actively strengthen and develop connection with influential representatives persons and groups, to carry out the work in a guided, organized, multi-channeled and diversified manner.”

CCP published the 2004 Blue Book of the CCP Central Committee United Front Work Department. It outlined cohesion of Chinese nationality, attractiveness of CCP, intermingle patriotism and socialism, cultural identity. In 2007, the CCP published tasks to implement the Blue Book.

One offshoot, the SINOHYDRO Corporation which is an international enterprise under the CCP. The 18th rule in “The Principles of Party Activities for the Overseas Operating Units states when corporations, international enterprises and their subsidiary companies set up their overseas operating units, they need to simultaneously establish a Party organization to insure that wherever there is a management project and personnel, there is a Party organization.”

We’ve focused on Chinese companies inside China being part of CCP and everything on the internet belonging to them but this takes it to an entirely different level. According to the CCP, Chinese people living in foreign countries under the United Front Work Department starting a company has agreed it belongs to the CCP as well. Rule 33: blend in and make sure your organization look like local organizations. Don’t openly talk about the CCP connection and can not mention CCP when talking to media in foreign countries.

China National Oil&Gas Exploration and Development Corporation (CNODC): by “2004 there were 31 overseas companies with 12,000 staff members working on 45 contract projects in 21 countries.” Associated with this company are CCP party committee at each of these locations. While not every employee is a member of the CCP, it was estimated that 662 in 2005 were members up from 50 in 1997.

The China Geological Engineering Corp (CGC) and they are located in almost 30 countries (Asia and Africa) with 115 CCP members as of 2004.

China provides funding for Training Leaders of Overseas Chinese Joint Activities and Summer Camps for Overseas Young Chinese. “Zhou Lishuo, reporter from China News, reported…May 29, 2006 In order to encourage and nurture more overseas Chinese youth to serve…State Council invited over 30 young to middle aged Chinese from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, US, France, UK, and Holland to attend…”Advanced Training for Young Generation Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs in 2006.” CCP flies Overseas Chinese Community Leaders back to China for training. These trainees are current citizens of other countries who are ethnic Chinese.

Xu Jiyou, President of the Association of Overseas Chinese from Guangzhou City in UK. He immigrated to UK and in 2004 he set up the association. He attended the upon mentioned training session and as of 2008 had 300 members in his association.

Yang Chunlai, head of Association of Chinese Scientists and Engineers (ACSE). He left China in 1990 and migrated to US. ACSE was established 2 years late in Chicago. There are member in 20 states. Yang has also attended training/meetings in China. During one meeting in 2007 he said “one needn’t return to one’s country to serve one’s country…we now have 1,500 members, with roughly a third of them possessing US citizenship. Through our members’ relationships with friends and family members, I estimate that we can influence 500 ballots.” Go to acse.org and look at their sponsors. Among them are TransGlobal, New York Life, Ark Pharm, abbvie, ATGene Science International, Abbott Lab, etc.

Jiang Weimin. President of Chinese Association for Science and Technology in Utah (CATUT). He attended the “training” in 2007. CATUT claims to be a “non-political, non-profit professional organization established in New York in 1992.” Among the members are scientists, engineers, lawyers, finance officers, culture and education professionals.

There are many others mentioned in this paper but suffice it to say that everyone of these organizations is accompanied by a CCP element. Every last one. 🚨Former Democratic California Congressman Charged with Multiple Fraud Schemes

🔹Terrance John "TJ" Cox, 59, who represented California's 21st congressional district as a Democrat from 2019 to 2021, was arrested & charged with 15 counts of wire fraud, 11 counts of money laundering, one count each of financial institution fraud, & campaign contribution fraud.
🔹The indictment details how Cox allegedly stole $1.7M from clients he was associated with from 2013 to 2018.
🔹When Cox was a candidate in the 2018 election, he allegedly arranged for over $25K in illegal straw donations by funding or reimbursing family members & associates after they gave money to his campaign.
🔹Cox is also accused of providing fabricated bank stmts on a mortgage application & receiving $1.5M loan to build a recreation area in Fresno. That loan went into default for a loss of $1.2M.

🚨California: Ex-Federal Correctional Officer Sentenced to Prison for Lying About Sexual Activity with Inmate

🔹Abel Concho, 54, a former correctional officer at the federal jail in Los Angeles was sentenced to 3 months in federal prison & an additional 3 months of home confinement, for lying to investigators about his sexual activity with an inmate who was under his care and supervision.
🔹On July 28, 2021, Concho made a series of false statements during an administrative interview with investigators, including that he “never” had sexual contact with one Metropolitan Detention Center inmate, when in fact Concho engaged in sexual contact with the victim on approximately 35 different occasions.
🔹As part of his plea agreement, Concho also agreed not to seek employment in any law enforcement capacity or a position that requires carrying a firearm.
🔹Concho was also ordered to pay the victim $9,500 in restitution.
