IMO the issue isn’t what Hillary, herself, could access; she had Uma take SIPR net classified docs and scan them into a NIPR (non classified, PRIVATE) system. So she not only potential had docs she wasn’t cleared to see (I don’t think so) but she certainly directed workers to violate national security measures by transferring them into a non class system without proper declass since she wasn’t necessarily a declass authority.
Trump not only is the ultimate declass authority, he’s on record declassifying zillions of papers. He didn’t pack those boxes GSA did and mailed to him. National Archive already went thru them, FBI went thru them already and now and only now are they an issue. Right. Swampland anyone?
From First Praetorian:
This is what SAP is (the level of classification on the docs HRC had on her private server).
For example, I had TS-SCI clearance when I was in the Army.
That meant that I could be read on" to SAP or other compartmentalized intel (TS-SCI = Top Secret - Secret Compartmentalized Info).
The important part is that it merely grants the ability to be read on - not the ability to access all SAP & compartmentalized intel in the govt.
Guess what POTUS is allowed to be read in on and declassify?
Anything he damn well pleases.
Trump was POTUS. HRC was not.
He can have any SAP he wants. She can't and couldn't.
But she did.

☝️☝️☝️ Amazing the wording here.
The DOJ DIDN’T request anything.
The COURT did the “requesting” of Garland and the DOJ.
This is not Trump demanding the DOJ do something it has already “requested” of itself.
This is Trump demanding that Garland and the DOJ do immediately without delay what the Court has “requested” them to do.
It’s just a polite “request” from the Court after all. I’m sure Garland and the DOJ could have told the Court “No!” if they had wanted to…
Ok I’m being sarcastic in that previous paragraph. It wasn’t a request. It is a court order.
The Court did not suggest Garland and the DOJ do what you know they REALLY REALLY DON’T WANNA DO.
The Court ORDERED them to do what they really don’t want to do.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but it wasn’t just the US Uniparty that wanted Trump gone in 2020.
There were plenty of foreign governments all too happy to lend a hand in the election operation to get him OUT of the White House.

What if their were also OBAMA/BIDEN, BILL/HILLARY CLINTON, BUSH I & BUSH II documents stored there also?
