🚨Texas: Former Fort Bliss Soldier Pleads Guilty to Sexual Abuse of a 6-Year-Old Child

🔹Trevor Dylan Lehew, 28, of Plano, has pled guilty today to one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
🔹Between 11/2014 and 12/2015, Lehew engaged in the continuing sexual abuse of a 6-year-old child at a home located on Fort Bliss where he was stationed as a soldier. By pleading guilty, Lehew admitted that he knowingly engaged in a sexual act with a child.
🔹At the time of his arrest, Lehew was serving a Texas state sentence for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child related to 2 other minor children.
🔹Lehew faces a mandatory minimum of 30 years in federal prison when sentenced.

🚨California Man Pleads Guilty to $3.5 Million Scam-PAC Fraud

🔹Robert Reyes, Jr., 40, pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and to cause false statements to the Federal Election Commission, plus money laundering. As part of his plea, Reyes agreed to forfeit $809,920.40 that he received for his participation in the scam.
🔹Reyes along with others, operated 2 political action committees—Liberty Action Group PAC and Progressive Priorities PAC—which solicited contributions via robocalls and television, radio, and internet ads. The two PACs supported dueling presidential nominees, namely Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, in the 2016 election. Instead, they used the money to enrich themsleves.
🔹Of the $3.5 million raised, the 2 PACs contributed only $19 to legitimate political causes.
🔹Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date. Reyes faces up to 20 years in federal prison.

🚨U.S. Obtains Warrant for Seizure of Airplane of Sanctioned Russian Oligarch, Worth Over $90 Million

🔹The United States of America has been authorized to seize an Airbus A319-100 owned and controlled by sanctioned Russian oligarch Andrei Skoch, pursuant to a seizure warrant from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, which found that the airplane is subject to seizure and forfeiture based on probable cause of violation of the federal anti-money laundering laws.

Tucson Station agents encountered another large group near Sasabe, AZ. A total of 88 migrants were taken into custody, primarily from Guatemala. Of the 81 children, 71 were unaccompanied.

🔹A federal jury has convicted Mitchell Farkas, aka Lifter, 52, for his attempted murder of a man at the direction of the violent gang, Aryan Circle.

If the DOJ wanted to remove the hint of a political witch hunt and begin to restore any level of trust after what we saw happen in 2016 they would
1. Continued to work with Trumps lawyers instead of raiding MAL.
2. Given a call to Trumps attorneys to meet them to receive the search warrant before they entered the residence since there was no one but a skeleton staff there
3. Not refuse to show the Attorneys the search warrant when asked
4. Allowed the Attys to monitor the 'search'
5. Not ask that the cameras be turned off.
6. Not use a Magistrate judge with troubling ties to Epstein
7. Reveal the probable cause for the warrant to the attorneys who were present
8. Approve a search warrant for Presidential records in the first place.
9. Arrive to a location they knew had a skeleton crew fully armored and armed
10. Come out and make a statement on what they did publicly immediately.

They did or did not do all of this.
