To further clarify the law:

The courts would likely conclude that Section 2071 does not prevent Trump from being elected in 2024. Section 2071 was debated back in 2015 regarding Hillary Clinton and the general consensus was that the law’s disqualification clause does not apply to the presidency: “if Congress has no power to add to the standing qualifications of its own members, it cannot add to the standing qualifications for the other elected constitutional positions, i.e., the President and Vice President.”

But the disqualification clause would certainly be used as a weapon both in the courts and with the public, consistent with the Regime’s strategy to damage Trump politically.

Gregg, Catherine, and "the federal folks" they work with believe it was an act of war.

It involves a foreign gov't interfering in our elections.

The info was given to the FBI who turned on them and "told a foreign power."

The FBI is not just political, they are in bed with a foreign gov't.

Disgusting watching the GOP clamor about via email over the raid when they stood by as the country was raided in the 2020 election, even though they controlled the legislatures of 5 out of 6 “contested" states.

I love all the blabber about "if we take back Congress we'll launch an investigation in January."

The time to start that investigation was November 4, 2020.
