Every day this past week you have digested the issues confronting us as Patriots. This morning I want to pan the camera back and bring our entire Buffet into focus.

I see three cooperative currents at work in the larger context of the #GreatAwakening and this, our blessed Republic. I’m using hesitancy with respect to traditional healthcare as a gauge to evaluate the wind speed and current.

Current #1: Aging and Death

Boomer wisdom, like Boomer theology, has run its course. Yes I know many of us here only fit the calendar definition. So let’s just say the zeitgeist of the Boomer has run its course. Faith in the machine is dead.

I listen to my parents on a telehealth zoom call and I keep my mouth shut mostly out of respect. It was hard enough to get them away from Fox News and Public Radio. Honestly when Rush died it was like a light went out.
Long live Rush. No one could make my father reconsider his heroes like Missouri’s Favorite Son.

Of course there are outliers, but eventually there is always a folding of the hands; a dying of the light. For my part I will never go to a doctors appointment, in person or otherwise, without pushing back. As I tell my children: 50% of all doctors graduated in the bottom half of their class. You just don’t know which one you got.

Current #2: Waking Up

This is a one-way street, and we don’t talk about it enough. You know people that are irritatingly awake and so do I. And you know people that are frustratingly asleep as well.

But we both agree that waking up to seditious conspiracy and treason is not like some high tide that comes and goes. It is more akin to finding the pool boys underwear in your bed after a long business trip. Bing Bong lights come on and the marriage is changed forever.

The grown-ups of this Republic are in the process of waking up - never to sleep again. Collusion between our medical establishment, healthcare corporations and klan leadership is in plain sight. The prospects are so horrific we will struggle to even keep beneficial inoculations going forward, as it should be. Don’t believe me? Ask everyone you know if they’re going to take the monkeypox vaccine.

Current #3: Free Think

This is esoteric and so mentally scrumptious it keeps me awake at night. We only see dawn‘s rays peeking through the curtains at this point. It is no longer a conspiracy theory to discuss the hundreds of paths of treachery that have been used to weaken the body politic.

We stand in the yard and evaluate the dissipation of contrails above us. We reconsider the fluoride in the toothpaste of our youth. I spent the last 60 days boiling organic bones and learning to pressure can beef bone broth like some lunatic.

You’re laughing, but I lost 75 pounds and my hair looks like Michelangelos David. At the age of 56 I bought a book on powerlifting. (A book, by the way, is a means of conveying instruction in the absence of the Internet. I probably should point that out here.)

What are the odds, in your estimation, that I climb back into my matrix pod and plug-in?

Phil Godlewski's whole fake "Secret Agent Man" intelligence operative schtick only works on the gullible.

When you dig into him you discover a guy who was working as a realtor for several years in PA while also coaching a local baseball team. At 25.

He's been in and out of the court system in PA over 20 times since 2010, getting sued for debts or charged with crimes.

When, exactly, is he supposed to have embarked on this long and storied and glorious career as an intelligence operative, doing ops in foreign countries?

I guess he'd had so much excitement by the time he turned 22 or so he retired to the quiet life of selling houses, coaching baseball, grooming kids?

He's able to sit and talk and spin his fantasies on camera. At least he is until he begins trying to associate himself with somebody who does actual intelligence work. And has done it for decades. Someone like Gregg Phillips.

Phil's fantasies ran smack into reality when he began claiming two things:

He had a Pit invite and he'd 'worked' with Gregg Phillips on ops in the past.

As long as Phil kept his bottom feeder act away from the adults, he was safe.

But because he couldn't control his mouth, he managed to -in just the past week - come to the attention of the adults.

It's not going well for him.

Apparently his own counter to being called out on his bullshit is to loudly threaten to sue everybody.

Which is hysterically funny because it was his stupidly suing a reporter and a PA newspaper for defaming him because they published a news article quoting official court and police records in a case where Phil pleaded guilty that led to this latest round of exposure of him.

That case led to discovery by the defendants in which documents are now going public, much to Phil's absolute horror.

At present reporter Craig Kelly and the Scranton Times-Tribune are seeking the thousands of sexually explicit text messages that Phil exchanged with his 15 year old victim.

A word of advice to this petulant man-child: the one time you did sue somebody for defamation hasn't worked out so hot for you so far. You're stalling your own defamation case by not meeting your discovery obligations as the plaintiff. If you were serious about that lawsuit you wouldn't be doing that.

Threats you never intend to follow through on only work on kids and idiots.

And the people you are now stupidly engaging - Gregg, Dave, me - are not kids or idiots.

Stop trying to get the adult's attention.

Go back to where it's safe.

Or the spankings will continue.

Unfortunately for them, the official report for San Diego County shows that 41% of recent COVID-19 deaths are among people who are at least triple-vaccinated.

26% of the recent COVID-19 deaths are among double-vaccinated people. And only 33% are among people either single-vaccinated, unvaccinated, or had an unknown COVID-19 vaccination status.

Oddly, there is no data category for unvaccinated people.

The data seems prove the majority of recent COVID-19 deaths in San Diego are among vaccinated people—especially those who are boosted with an mRNA injection.
