🚨Miami Doctor Going To Prison For $38M Health Care Fraud Scheme; Purchased Beachfront Condos & Luxury Vehicles

🔹Armando Valdes, 63, was sentenced to 60 months in federal prison for directing a $38 million health care fraud scheme.
🔹Valdes was also ordered to forfeit 4 real estate properties, including a beachfront condominium unit in Pompano Beach, as well as numerous luxury vehicles, including a Cadillac Escalade and a Tesla Model S, all of which he had purchased using the ill-gotten proceeds of his fraud scheme.
🔹As the owner/operator Gasiel Medical Services, a medical clinic in Miami, Valdes submitted $38 million in fraudulent claims to United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. To conceal his involvement in this fraud scheme Valdes distanced himself on paper from the medical clinic.

🚨Alabama Man Arrested On 300 Child Pornography Charges

🔹Patrick Wayne Waters, 32, of Blount, was arrested on July 22 on 300 counts of possession of pornographic material involving minors.
🔹In asking that Waters be held without bond until a hearing, prosecutors described the images as “horrific.”
🔹Waters was initially held without bond, but a judge on August 2, set his bond at $200,000.
🔹He is prohibited from having any contact with minors, and also prohibited from possessing alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription.

🚨Missouri Man Gets 16+ Years In Federal Prison For Tricking Boy On Snapchat Into Sending Child Pornography

🔹Martin Dwayne Isaia Mitchell, of Macon County, was sentenced to 16 years & 8 months in prison, followed by supervised release for life.
🔹Mitchell previously pled guity to one felony count of production of child pornography, which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison.

🚨Ohio Man Who Was Arrested As Part Of Human Trafficking Operation Sentenced To Federal Prison

🔹Doyenn J. Clayborne, 35, of Cincinatti, was sentenced to 100 months in prison, followed by 84 months of supervised release, for conspiring to sex traffic minors.
🔹Clayborne was arrested in October 2020 as part of an FBI and Blue Ash Police Department operation targeting human trafficking.
🔹Clayborne was one of three men who were conspiring to sell underage girls for sex. When authorities went to the Blue Ash hotel they found a 16-year-old girl who was brought there by Clayborne and the other two men. She was there to perform sex acts for $300, with a portion of the money going to the men.
🔹Law enforcement officials discovered condoms, sexual devices, bottles of lubricant and a firearm in the defendants’ hotel room.

🚨Hawaii: Former Police Officer Charged With Child Sex Trafficking Denied Bail As He Awaits Trial

🔹Mason Jordan, 31, a former Honolulu police officer who is accused of bullying minors into acts of prostitution, was ordered to be held without bail as he awaits trial.
🔹Jordan has pled not guilty to several counts of sexual exploitation, coercion and enticement, cyberstalking and sex trafficking.
🔹Authorities say Jordan was impersonating others on social media in hopes of recruiting minors to work for him as prostitutes.
🔹Jordan was arrested in June, & resigned from the Honolulu PD before he could be disciplined, according to the department.
