Title X provides federal grants for family planning or reproductive programs which basically has been to support planned parenthood type clinics. I have repeatedly warned that SecDef Austin saying that the overturning of Roe meant nothing as far as he was concerned, did NOT mean he was committing treason. It meant they had no intention of implementing a no abortion policy on FEDERAL property and that until CONGRESS acts, the executive branch will not rein in abortions. As a matter of fact, they could very well demand military drs and VA drs perform abortions or be kicked out. If they define it as healthcare then the drs will have no choice.

So guess what? Biden administration moves to expand the abortion program. Title X restructuring has begun, having already included access to abortion, it will now apparently pay for travel expenses for all federal employees “stuck” in a no abortion state. Yes you heard me, your tax dollars will pay for abortions.

“They are currently expanding the program via HHS and Executive Order to force your tax dollars to pay for Federal employees to travel to get abortions, adding 3 million dollars to HHS funded abortion clinics, codifying DoD access and military access as well (again, your tax dollars) and creating a volunteer network of lawyers to fight for abortion (under the Title X network)”
