Air Force Cadet Seeks Extended Relief from Shot Mandate

On June 2, 2022, the Court extended the TRO for Cadet through June 30, 2022, and stayed this action pending the resolution of the motions for class certification in Air Force Officer v. Austin. However, without this extension now, the Cadet still faces the same irreparable harm he faced when the Court previously granted his TRO.

Today, we filed an amended complaint in federal court before Judge Steven Merryday seeking class action relief from the unlawful federal COVID shot mandate on behalf of 15 plaintiffs who currently serve in the United States Marine Corps. The additional Marines added to the existing complaint are in the Tampa District.

In the next couple weeks, Liberty Counsel will also be filing additional amended complaints adding service members from the various branches who are located in the Tampa District. Liberty Counsel will continue to press for class-wide injunctive relief for the all the military branches.

When you go to 538 The graphic clearly indicates that Republicans are expected to take the house and barely favored to take the Senate as well.

Now dig into the article like a good little patriot.

The reason we are supposed to “barely” or “almost” dominate in the Senate and the house?

1) Traditionally the party out of power dominates in the midterms because Americans appreciate balance

2) The recent supreme court ruling is decidedly in favor of the conservative side of the country

3) Voters, after observing the Supreme Court swing to the conservative, will err on the side of caution and likely vote progressive to reestablish balance.
