A Muslim should check his heart to make sure it’s clean and pure. Especially, from diseases such as maliciousness, hatred, and grudges so that his sins will be forgiven on the day deeds are presented to Allah. Allah forgives sins every Monday and Thursday when deeds are presented to Him except for those bickering. Verily, he who is deprived of forgiveness of sins is in a state of loss.

The Prophet ﷺ said,
“May his nose be rubbed in dust, may his nose be rubbed in dust, may his nose be rubbed in dust.”
The companions asked, “Who, O Messenger of Allah?”
He replied, “The one who’s parents,
one or both of them,
reach old age during his lifetime, and he does not enter Paradise.”

For verily, actions are judged by their endings. So if you didn’t do well with welcoming Ramadan, then perhaps you will do better bidding it farewell.
