Произошел массовый сбой, сообщили что медиа не грузится или вообще в приложение не заходит даже с впн

Роскомпозор начал замедлять Telegram

Они и дальше будут вводить эти ограничения чтобы добиться что TG будет соблюдать законы

(А давайте ркн замедлим? Он же тоже законы нарушает)

Также, полностью был заблокирован YouTube, и также будут вводить ограничения на WhatsApp
