A few days ago, one of my Perium members texted me around 2 AM…

“I get anxious… I keep staring at the chart. Every candle makes me want to do something.”
Then he said something that really stuck with me:
“I’m not losing to the market… I’m losing to my own emotions.”

The truth is, almost every trader goes through this phase.
It’s not because you’re bad.
It’s because you’re learning to control the hardest thing — yourself.

it’s about understanding how you react when real money is on the line.
