This statement was shared on 30 october 2016. The limit was increased to 3 BTC (for basic verified) accounts. But it looks like they have reduced limit back to 0.4 btc without notifying/announcement.
Bittrex allows multiple accounts. If anyone is having multilple bittrex accounts. We want to take real time feedback on it as some members have asked us of having multiple accounts but verification process is confusing for them.

Once you decide to have more than one bittrex accounts, you need to verify all your accounts (at Enhanced verification level).Do not transfer into 2nd account untill support fully approve your second account. Then let SUPPORT TEAM know about it that you are using same documents for both accounts and both accounts belong to you. They will verify it and approve it.
Make sure, your accounts do not trade with each other. This will result in termination of all your BITTREX accounts.
