Under revised rules, exchanges may require proof of account ownership, transaction purpose and source of funds, and can delay or reject transfers if information is insufficient. Transfers of 10 million won ($7,000) or more to overseas exchanges or self-hosted wallets will face enhanced suspicious-transaction monitoring. — link
