Hi everyone.

We’ll be providing details on the Orange airdrop this weekend including details on the process, timelines, faqs, etc.

The snapshot is scheduled to occur on March 23rd with distributions shortly thereafter.

Coin holders,

As an update, we will be taking the snapshot for the $ORNJ airdrop on March 23rd. From there, we are expecting to conduct the airdrop as early as April 30th.

Process
1. Hold $COIN V4 tokens in your wallet to be eligible for the airdrop.
2. Receive wrapped $ORNJ tokens
3. Use the Orange Bridge to convert them back from ERC20 to BRC20


FAQ

Why use a bridge and receive the tokens as an ERC20 token?

The $ORNJ token is a BRC20 token on the Bitcoin blockchain. COIN holders hold tokens on an ERC20 wallet. Gathering Bitcoin compatible wallet addresses would take a significant amount of time and resort to more delays. Additionally, Bitcoin does not have smart contracts which require manual 1 by 1 distributions to each eligible wallet. This is not a feasible model based on fees and time. Distributing tokens using ERC20 tokens enables mass distribution using a smart contract and saves on gas fees and is the fastest way to get the tokens into your hands.

How many tokens will I receive?

Unfortunately, it’s undetermined until we know how many tokens are included in the snapshot. As an example, if only one token is included in the snapshot, that one token would receive the entire airdrop. We will provide a spreadsheet with wallet addresses and amounts following the snapshot.

What’s next for COIN holders?

For now, $COIN continues to be a rewards token as the original team is no longer together. HODLVERSE and Underdog projects have been appointed leaders from our community that will drive these efforts moving forward. Both projects  will be advised and share resources from various advisors. $COIN holders will receive an airdrop for both of these projects.

What’s next for $ORNJ holders?

We are taking the snapshot of $COIN V4 holders this weekend. Please ensure you have upgraded and unstaked all of your tokens to be eligible for all future rewards.

Hi everyone. As an update, we have conducted our snapshot of all holders of the latest version of COIN. Per the data from Etherscan and on the Ethereum blockchain, there are 4,366 $COIN token holders. After removing the tokens from the Uniswap pool, the amount of tokens eligible for the airdrop is approximately 87M. The ratio of tokens that $COIN holders will receive is approximately .05714 $ORNJ tokens for every 1 $COIN.

Please note that the airdrop will be conducted using an ERC20 equivalent of the BRC20 $ORNJ token that will need to be unwrapped using the Orange Bridge to convert it back to the BRC20 standard. The reason for this as previously explained is that:
1.  Bitcoin does not have smart contracts which does not allow bulk sending of tokens

2.  It enables us to distribute the tokens in a programmatic and timely fashion

3.  It reduces risk and errors in manually distribution tokens to hundreds of recipients

With that, the bridge will be open for one year for users to bridge their ERC20 equivalent token back to BRC20 tokens. Tokens will also be distributed in the coming weeks once the Orange Bridge is unlocked. We will continue to provide updates accordingly. Thanks for your patience on this as we have been determining the best and most efficient way to handle the airdrop for COIN holders.

Following the vote from the community, we will move forward with validating wallet addresses by having holders send 1 $COIN token to the following ERC20 wallet address:

A snapshot will be taken in two weeks on June 3rd which will determine the final list of wallets to receive the Orange airdrop. Eligible wallets will receive the bridged ERC20 version of $ORNJ. The Orange Bridge beta will be released next week for testing and feedback and open for public release in June by which you will be able to bridge the assets back to the BRC20 protocol.

As an update and per community feedback, a 3-week extension will be given to the community to send 1 COIN to the following wallet address as a proof of active holding.

Please note that team tokens will be added to the list of active holders as well. The Orange bridge will be open for testing next week for beta testing. The public release will launch at end of three week period for immediate distribution of the tokens using a bull send smart contract. Holders of the wrapped ERC20 token will be able to bridge airdropped tokens back to its original BRC20 form. Thank you for patience and understanding.

As an update, the Orange Bridge is taking a bit longer to develop as the team at Orange has received feedback from users on the overall experience. Adjustments were made and refined the experience to:

1. Enable one-step inscriptions / transfers in one transaction
2. Remove the input of a receiving wallet address to reduce user input errors
3. Improve status notifications in the history tab

In this new experience, you will be able to bridge between assets in just a few taps / steps:

1. Connect Your BTC / EVM Wallets
2. Select the assets to bridge
3. Input the bridge amount
4. Confirm and sign the transaction in your wallet

In comparison to other bridge products on the market today, this experience reduces the steps and taps required in competing products by 2-3X times.

At the same time, a security audit company have been engaged to audit the platform. Beta testing for the bridge opens this week and the team at Orange plans to launch it very soon following the audit. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
