A similar handheld drone detector system seen with members of the FEDI in Sinaloa
This is a H3P Handheld Drone Detector from Chinese supplier SRD Technology. They can reportedly detect drones from 1-3km away and relay the relevant information (frequency, altitude, speed etc.) to the user. The case for it can be seen in the background.
FEDI is part of the Guasave cartel, run by Fausto Isidro Meza Flores, aka Chapo Isidro. They are currently engaged in a war with the Gente del Guano and Los Calabazas in Sinaloa.

CJNG sicario with an improvised drone drop munition 💣
Shown here is a CJNG sicario, armed with an AK pattern rifle and holding an improvised drone drop munition. Interestingly, he is wearing Mexican Air Force pixelated blue camo.
The munition is of a pretty typical design, a metal body with stabilising fins to smoothen the munition’s descent. The metal chain is to attach the munition to a delivery mechanism, after which the explosion will be initiated via the impact fuze.
As the prevalence of cartel drone warfare spreads, we are seeing a wide range of designs for improvised munitions, with some signature styles emerging. There are regular seizures of these munitions, dozens at at a time, across Mexico.

Equipment of a Sinaloa cartel drone operator
Shown here is a picture posted by a dronero (drone operator) of the Mayiza branch of the Sinaloa cartel, based in Durango. We can see a commercial DJI M30 or M30T (thermal) drone inside its case, with an RC Plus controller, both marked with number 1 stickers.
Also resting on the case is an improvised drone drop munition, used to target rivals. The design is pretty typical, with a metal pipe as a body and a steel cap. There is an impact fuze with a spring, for detonation, and stabilizing fins for a smooth drop. The tail end features a metallic ring, which will be used to connect the munition to a drop mechanism.
