Twitter mobile register user agent.

twitter register has been taken into maintenance. integrations will be provided by solver as we have previously discussed on the group.

Today there will be some changes in the rest api. The solver side is being improved.

We’ve made it easier for users having trouble generating BLOB values during Twitter registrations!
