আপনারা সবাই জানেন, আমাদের সব বট হ্যাং হয়ে বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। বিস্তারিতভাবে পরীক্ষা করার পর আমরা জানতে পেরেছি, আমাদের বটগুলোর কোডে কোনো সমস্যা নেই। সমস্যাটি VPS সার্ভার থেকে হয়েছে।
গতকাল সন্ধ্যায় VPS সার্ভারে Linux আপডেট ও Security Patch ইনস্টল হওয়ার সময় সার্ভারটি জোরপূর্বক Restart হয়। এরপর থেকেই এই সমস্যাগুলো শুরু হয়েছে।
দুঃখজনকভাবে, সমস্যাটি এখন আর আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেই। তাই এই মুহূর্তে আমাদের পক্ষে এটি ঠিক করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে না।
সাময়িক অসুবিধার জন্য আমরা আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত। আপনাদের সহযোগিতা ও ধৈর্যের জন্য ধন্যবাদ। ❤️

আমাদের বটগুলোর সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান করা হয়েছে! 🎉
পুরোনো সার্ভারের Paid IP-তে সমস্যা হচ্ছিল। নতুন Region-এ সুইচ করার পর সমস্যাটি সমাধান হয়েছে এবং এখন বটগুলো আগের তুলনায় অনেক দ্রুত কাজ করছে।
