ሬድ ፎክስ የተሰኘ የመረጃ ቋት በኢትዮጵያ ስራ ጀመረ

ለተለያዩ የመንግስት እና የግል ተቋማት መረጃ ማዕከል በመሆን የሚያገለግል ሬድ ፎክስ የተሰኘ የመረጃ ቋት በዛሬዉ እለት ስራ ጀምሯል። በ 10 ኢትዮጵያዉያን እና ትዉልደ ኢትዮጵያውያን ተቋቁሞ ስራዉን የጀመረው የመረጃ ቋቱ ፤ ለጤና ተቋማት የመረጃ አያያዝ ፣ ለቢዝነስ ተቋማት ፣ ለመንግስት እና የግል ድርጅቶች መረጃ ደረጃዉን በጠበቀ እና አስተማማኝ በሆነ መንገድ ያስቀምጣል ነዉ የተባለዉ።

የሬድ ፎክስ ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ አቶ አዳነ ካሳዬ  እንዳሉት ተቋሙ መቀመጫዉን አዲስአበባ ያድርግ እንጂ ከኢትዮጵያ ባለፈም በቀጠናው ፣ አህጉረ አቀፍ እና በአለማቀፍ ደረጃ ተፎካካሪ ተቋም ለመሆን እቅድ እንዳለዉ ገልጸዋል።

የዲጂታል ኢኮኖሚዉን ከማሳለጥ አንጻርም ይህን መሰል የመረጃ ቋቶች አስፈላጊ መሆናቸዉን የፌድፎክስ ሶሉሽንስ ስራ ዋና አስፈፃሚዉ ተናግረዋል። የተለየ ምርጫን ይዞ ከመምጣቱ ባለፈም ለሀገር ዉስጥ ተቋማት ክፍያቸዉን በብር እንዲፈጽሙ እንደሚያስችላቸዉም ተገልጿል። አሁን ባለዉ ገበያ ከኢትዮ ቴሌኮም እና መሰል አገልግሎት ሰጪ ተቋማት ጋር ተፎካክሮ እና ተወዳድሮ ለመስራት ስጋት እንደሌለበትም ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚዉ ጨምረዉ አንስተዋል።

የተቋሙ የቴክኖሎጂ ዘርፍ አማካሪ አቶ ዳግማዊ ቴድሮስ በበኩላቸዉ በሙሉ አቅሙ ስራዉን ሲጀምርም ለበርካታ ዜጎች የስራ እድል የሚፈጥር መሆኑንም መናገራቸውን ብስራት ራዲዮ ሰምቷል።

Ethio telecom to venture into streaming service

Music and video streaming will be the next ventures for ethio telecom, under the leadership of Frehiwot Tamiru.

It is going to be a part of its new three-year strategy, dubbed LEAD, replacing BRIDGE, which forecasts the subscriber base of the telecom provider to reach 73.5 million with 75.05 billion birr in revenue until the end of this year.

The new venture of ethio telecom announced as its sole competitor, Safaricom, is in preparation for a grand launch in the coming week.

Frehiwot Tamiru, the CEO of the state giant, says this is a part of its “offensive strategies.”

The telecom provider has already issued a request for proposals for music streaming service providers in February 2022, 12 days after it announced a call for developers of a platform for video streaming services.
