Irregular ballots in Arizona are scheduled to be destroyed as soon as May 2nd, 2021.
AZ senators should petition the AZ courts for an injunction against the destruction of irregular ballots. All Arizona counties should be included in the injunction.
Only the courts have the authority to preserve irregular ballots in AZ under statute ARS 16.624 (B).

The audit’s “Statement of Work” needs to be clarified to 100% ensure an exhaustive forensic analysis using Kinematic Analysis.

AZ congress need to stay in legislative session during the duration of the audit.
