The court has temporarily sided with the students!
After the Trump administration attempted to restrict the admission of international students, a federal judge from California — Jeffrey White — has blocked these actions.
What does this mean?
The U.S. government is currently not allowed to:
— Deport students without valid grounds
— Force them to leave the country or transfer without legal justification
The court’s decision has become a real shield for Harvard students, who were accused of “anti-American activity” without any evidence. Yes, just like that.
The situation remains tense:
— The White House is preparing an appeal
— Harvard continues to defend its students
