Even then, I feel safer with my abusers. But my dignity means a whole lot more to me- so I am pushing myself- go camping, face the mosquitoes, wean yourself off social media and then maybe your phone, look for how to make fire, shelter, how to keep this body alive without my abuser’s help’….
