🛑ماهي ادويه الصرع المسموح بها للمراه التي تاخذ موانع الحمل الهرموني (لايوجد تداخل دوائي) ✅الاجابه إحدى الادوية التالية ✅lacosamid ✅levetiracetam ✅pregablin ✅valproate ✅Clonazepam ✅zonisamide ✅gabapentin
⚠️ لكن هناك نقطة مهمة جدًا:
عدم وجود تداخل مع موانع الحمل لا يعني أن الدواء مناسب للحمل. وأهم مثال هو Valproate؛ فهو لا يقلل فعالية موانع الحمل، لكنه مرتبط بمخاطر كبيرة على الجنين، ولذلك يُتجنب عند النساء القادرات على الحمل متى أمكن.
عدم وجود تداخل مع موانع الحمل لا يعني أن الدواء مناسب للحمل. وأهم مثال هو Valproate؛ فهو لا يقلل فعالية موانع الحمل، لكنه مرتبط بمخاطر كبيرة على الجنين، ولذلك يُتجنب عند النساء القادرات على الحمل متى أمكن.

✅لكن في المقابل، لا ينبغي تجاهل التروبونين؛ لأن الدراسة وجدت أن 67% لديهم CAD.
لذلك يجب تفسير Troponin ضمن الصورة كاملة:

✅We generally continue treatment with a specific NSAID for two weeks prior to switching to another NSAID, because the maximal analgesic and antiinflammatory effect is usually achieved within 10 to 14 days.
✅We often start with meloxicam or celecoxib due to dosing convenience and lower gastrointestinal toxicity compared with other NSAIDs.
✅the selection of a specific NSAID should be based on prior history of response, side effects, cost, and clinician and patient preference
✅With usual drug safety monitoring, NSAIDs can be used with concomitant DMARDs, including MTX, without dose adjustment.
