Patient Profile:
A 55-year-old male is brought to the Emergency Department by ambulance. He reports a sudden onset of severe, "tearing" chest pain that radiates directly to his back between the shoulder blades.

​Past Medical History (PMH):
​Uncontrolled Hypertension (HTN) for 10 years.
​Chronic smoker (30 pack-years).

​Vitals & Physical Examination:
​Blood Pressure: 210/115 mmHg in the right arm, 160/90 mmHg in the left arm.
​Heart Rate: 110 bpm.
​Respiratory Rate: 22 breaths/min.

​Physical Exam: Patient is diaphoretic and in severe distress. Radial pulse is bounding in the right arm but notably weak in the left arm. No murmur is initially appreciated, and lungs are clear to auscultation. ECG shows sinus tachycardia with no acute ST-segment changes.

بل قرِّبها منّي قليلًا.
فاضطرابُ نبضِ قلبي
ليس بسببِ المرض،
بل لأنني تناولتُ جرعةً زائدةً
من غيابِكِ.

لكنه تراجع وقال:
"لا أستطيع وصفه..."

ليس لأن العناق لا يعالج،
بل لأن أعراضَ الانسحابِ من عناقِ من نحب،
