✅بالعربي كذا ادوية البيتا بلوكر (باستثناء carvedilol ) ومدرات thiazide قد ترفع من الدهون، لكن هذا ليس سبب لكي أوقف هذه الادويه في مرضى القلب لما لها من فائده تفوق خطوره رفع الدهون
✅على الجانب الاخر ادويه ACEI و ARB و CCB لاتاثر على الدهون أو قد تقلل منها لكن هذا لايعني اني اختارها في مرضى القلب لهذا السبب

تقريبا ادوية Glucocorticoids بجرعه معقوله مناسبه للاستخدام في المرضعات ولكن في حاله استخدام الام المرضعة دواء prednisolone بجرعه 20 ملجم او اكثر ينصح بتخلص من الحليب اول اربع ساعات من تناول الدواء

✅كلمه لاتعطي دواء مع دواء تجنبها قدر المستطاع،لأنه قد ياخذها المريض منك ويوقف دواء مهم في المعالجه
✅كلام لاتعطي دواء Spironolactone مع ادوية ACE Inhibitors كلام غير دقيق
✅كلام لاتعطي ادويه nitrates مع amlodipine كلام غير دقيق
✅كلام لاتعطي ادوية beta blocker بشكل عام في مريض COpD أو Heart failure كلام غير دقيق
✅كلام لاتعطي NSAIDS مع ادوية Fluoroquinolone غير دقيق

🔹 هل تختلف مثبطات مضخة البروتون (PPIs) عن بعضها؟
✅رغم أن جميع أدوية الـ PPIs متقاربة في الفعالية والأمان لعلاج أمراض زيادة حموضة المعدة، إلا أن قوة تثبيط إفراز الحمض تختلف بينها، وترتيبها من الأقل إلى الأعلى قوة هو:
✅بانتوبرازول < لانزوبرازول < أوميبرازول < إيزوميبرازول < رابيبرازول
✅قد يوفّر الإيزوميبرازول والرابيبرازول تحسّنًا أسرع للأعراض، لكن بعد 5 أيام من العلاج لا يوجد فرق واضح في تخفيف الأعراض بين مختلف الـ PPIs.
✅ الخلاصة: الاختلاف الأساسي في سرعة بداية التأثير وليس في النتيجة النهائية.

🛑the PPIs appear to be of similar efficacy and safety in the treatment of gastric acid related disorders, there are wide variations in the acid-suppression potency with the following ranked from least to highest potency:
✅pantoprazole, lansoprazole, omeprazole, esomeprazole, and rabeprazole
