نعم إرشادات الجمعية الأوروبية للقلب (ESC) اصدرت برنامج اسمه
ESC Chat
هو أداة مدعومة من ESC تولّد إجابات موجهة للأسئلة المرتبطة بالإرشادات السريرية، مستندة حصريًا إلى نصوص إرشادات ESC الحالية.
كيفية العمل؟
يستخدم نموذج لغة متقدّم لصياغة إجابات سريعة ومُنظمة استنادًا إلى محتوى الإرشادات، ويُرفق كل جواب بمراجع وروابط إلى النص الكامل. التطبيق يفهم أسئلة بعدة لغات لكن الإجابات تُقدّم باللغة الإنجليزية.
الميزات الأساسية
استجابات معتمدة على الإرشادات فقط (guideline-based).
إجابات فورية ومحددة: تشخيص، تقييم مخاطرة، مسارات علاجية، تعريفات.

القيود التنبيهية
الملخّص لا يغني عن قراءة القسم التفصيلي من الإرشاد عند تعقيد الحالة.
تحقق دائمًا من نسخة الإرشاد وتاريخ التحديث قبل الاعتماد السريري.
لا يحلّ محلّ الحكم السريري الذي يأخذ خصوصية المريض وتداخلات الأدوية بالحسبان.
متى يُستخدم؟
كمرجع نقطة رعاية سريع، أداة تعليمية، ومساند عند الحاجة إلى توصية مبنية على الدليل قبل الرجوع إلى الإرشاد الكامل.

هل مضخات الإنسولين فعلاً أفضل للأطفال المصابين بالسكري من النوع الأول؟
في دراسة كانت
meta-analysis (2025)
لـ10 تجارب عشوائية شمل >700 طفل/مراهق أظهر أن
insulin pumps (automated insulin delivery)
خفّضت HbA1c بمقدار 0.41% وزادت Time-in-Range بنسبة +11.5% بشكل عام و+19.7% أثناء الليل.
كما قلّلت
hypoglycemia وhyperglycemia
وكان التحسّن أوضح overnight.
أما
severe hypoglycemia وDKA
فكانت نادرة لكنها حدثت بتكرار أكبر في مجموعة المضخة.
الخلاصة: من الآمن والفعال
offer insulin pump therapy
للأطفال المصابين بـT1DM عندما تتوفر التقنية ويمكن استخدامها بأمان.
