ملخص عملى:
أمراض قلبية.
ابدأ أدوية عند SBP 130 او أكثر
أو 80 DBP او أكثر

إذا كان المريض ذو خطر 7.5 CVD او أكثر
حسب PREVENT أو لديه CD سکری /أمراض قلبية

إذا خطر PREVENT 7.5 او اقل
يمكن تجربة تغيير نمط الحياة 6-3 أشهر قبل البدء،
وإن بقي المتوسط
130/80 او اقل
يبدأ الدواء.
