فنحن نقيس renin في الدم قبل اعطاء الدواء

ثم نعطي captopril
بعد ساعه نقيس مستوى renin

فاامفروض في الشخص الطبيعي ان الضغط يوطي لان
Captopril
بيغلق ال انزيم ACE
يعني يمنع شغل renin

بس اذا في مشكله ف الكلى بتحديد ف blood supply
يعني ف ثرومبس مثلا

الكلى بتحاول افراز renin
لانه مابش دم يوصل

حينا نشوف مستوى renin مرتفع ف الدم

هنا نحلف
ان ال renal هي السبب ف ارتفاع الضغط
