✅Warfarin typically prolongs the PT alone, with some reagents, both the PT and aPTT can be prolonged.
✅Heparin typically prolongs the aPTT alone (because PT reagents contain heparin-binding agents that block heparin effect), but at high levels heparin can prolong both tests.

تابع لل aldosterone antagonist
عند معالجة الفشل القلبي
Start with low doses (12.5 mg/day for spironolactone and 25 mg/day for eplerenone)
خاصة عند
elderly diabetes
creatinine clearance <50 mL/min/1.73 m2.
عند البدء ب استخدامهن نوقف او نقلل من اخذ مكملات البوتاسيوم
أيضآ
عند استخدامه يجب مراقبة
Monitor serum potassium concentrations and renal function
خلال ٣ ايام من الاستخدام وا بعد اسبوع من من الاستخدام او الtitration
او اي دواء قد يأثر ع ال
potassium homeostasis.
وا بعدين نراقبه شهرين خلال الاشهر الثلاثة الأولى ومن ثم كل ثلاثه أشهر
If potassium exceeds 5.5 mEq/L (mmol/L) at any point during therapy, discontinue any potassium supplementation or, in the absence of potassium supplements, reduce or stop aldosterone antagonist therapy.

🛑Sotalol and electrolytes
✅Calcium: When calcium is taking with sotalol, the absorption of the drug is dramatically reduced. Individuals who are taking calcium supplements should take sotalol one hour prior to, or two hours after they have taken the calcium supplement.
✅Magnesium: Sotalol has a side effect of Torsades de pointes. This side effect can be prevented by supplemental magnesium
✅ Potassium: Taking Sotalol with hypokalemia increases the risk of developing a serious heart arrhythmia. Therefore, special care should be taken when Sotalol is prescribed with potassium-depleting diuretics.

من الأشياء الي يعاني منها طلاب الصيدله السريريه وخاصه في السنوات الأخيرة سنة الامتياز هي كيف يتم جمع المعلومات وكيف يتم التعامل معها وكيف يتم مناقشه الحالات السريريه والتعرف على المشاكل المتعلقه بالأدوية وحلها.
اليوم قررت عمل مجموعه
وكيف حل مشاكل الأدوية او ما يسمى

أيضآ من الجانب النظري والعملي
وكيف دمج المعلومات النظري وتحويلها إلى معلومات عملي في حل الحالات والممارسة الطبية

او ما يسمى ب
Patient Care Process
في البداية سوف يكون هناك مواضيع قليله وحالات سريرية اقل
حتى يتم ترتيب الحالات بحيث تكون حالات من الواقع من المستشفى
مبدئيا سوف يتم إنزال من حاله إلى حالتين اسبوعين ومناقشتها وحلها
ومن ثما سوف يتم اضافه اكثر على حسب الاحتياج والوقت.
لذالك مناسبة لطلاب الصيدلة السريريه والصيادلة وكل الكادر الصحي من يريد أن يستفيد في الأدوية
