بسبب انه يحسن ال

خاصه في أمراض السكر وعندهم زياده في إخراج البروتين في البول فيستخدم ماعدا اذا كان عنده البوتاسيوم في الدم اكثر من 4.8 او ال GFR اقل من 25
ومن ميازاته انه لا ينقص الضغط إنما يرفع البوتاسيوم فقط

هناك ثلاثه أهداف في معالجته
١ ننقص عدد الوفيات
٢ نقلل عدد دخوله المستشفى
٣ نحسن حالته السريريه والوظيفية
لاكن كيف نعمل او الادويه الي با تحسن ذا ؟؟

الادويه المناسبه له
ACEi
بمعن مثلا
Ramipril
الجرعه ارفع تدريجيا حسب الاستجابه او الى الجرعة المتقبله
ك بديل او فيه مشكله من ذي الادويه نستخدم
ARNi
Sacubitril/valsartan
نفس الشيء بنسبه للجرعه
أيضآ نستخدم
Beta blocker as
Bisoprolol, carvedilol, Metaborolol succinate
وايضا
MRA as spernolacton
هذه الادويه تقلل الوفيات والامراضيات
بالاضافه إلى ادويه
SGLT-2 as Empagliflozin, Dapagliflozin
تضاف ك اضافه بغض النضر اذا كان سكر او لا
