#مصطلح
تعالوا نتعلم ماذا يعني مصطلح sparing effect او تفسيره في علم الفارما او السريريه، مثل دواء ال Azathioprine له steroid sparing effect
المعنى هو أن أضيف دواء لدواء اخر عشان اقلل من حاجتي لرفع جرعه دوائين وبنفس الوقت اقلل من الاعراض الجانبيه ،فهنا نضيف مثلا دواء Azathioprine إلى ادويه steroid في بعض الأمراض المناعية مثل الذئبة الحمراء عشان اتجنب الاعراض الجانبيه ل ادويه steroid

مثال اخر vasopressor-sparing effect
مثلا في مريض septic shock نضيف Vasopressinالى norepinephrine من أجل تجنب رفع جرعه الدوائين بتالي اتجنب الاعراض الجانبيه مثل arrthemia

مثال اخر Opioid Sparing
هو أن أضيف مسكن من نوع آخر من عائله opioid مثل دواء من مسكنات NSAD عشان اتجنب الاعراض الجانبيه ل عائله opioid

هناك دراسه نشرت في مجلة lancet حول العلاقه بين hospital pneumonia وبين احتماليه الاصابه ب Cardiovascular disease أجريت ل 247,935 حالة
خلال short term خلال 30 يوم بعد الاصابه ب hospital pneumonia وايضا long term حتى ٨ سنوات من الاصابه ب hospital pneumonia
✅وكانت النتيجة انه

✅ 9.9%pneumonia cases developed IHD,
✅ (2.0%) cases developed arrhythmia,
✅ (2.3%) cases developed HF,
✅ (7.3%) cases developed IS,
✅ (1.4%) cases developed HS.

لذالك يوصل عدم اخذ ادويه البنزوديازبين مع ادويه الاوبيويد
