Pitastin third-generation statin

✅Pitastin is very effective at decreasing levels of total cholesterol (TC),
low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and Triglycerides (TG).
• ✅Pitastin is very effective at increasing high-density lipoprotein￾cholesterol (HDL-C) levels.
✅• Pitastin No Diabetogenic Effect.
✅• Pitastin Neural Effects on Glycemic Control.
• ✅Pitastine has less of Drug Interaction than atorvastatin.
✅• Pitastine did not reduce CoQ10 levels significantly when compared
with other statins.
• ✅Pitastine is good statins in patients with chronic kidney disease
according to ESC guidelines.
✅• Pitastine has a much lower rate of muscle pain or discontinuation ,even
at high dose, when compared with other statins.

‏﴿لَا تَدْرِي لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُحْدِثُ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرًا﴾

#مصطلح
تعالوا نتعلم ماذا يعني مصطلح sparing effect او تفسيره في علم الفارما او السريريه، مثل دواء ال Azathioprine له steroid sparing effect
المعنى هو أن أضيف دواء لدواء اخر عشان اقلل من حاجتي لرفع جرعه دوائين وبنفس الوقت اقلل من الاعراض الجانبيه ،فهنا نضيف مثلا دواء Azathioprine إلى ادويه steroid في بعض الأمراض المناعية مثل الذئبة الحمراء عشان اتجنب الاعراض الجانبيه ل ادويه steroid

مثال اخر vasopressor-sparing effect
مثلا في مريض septic shock نضيف Vasopressinالى norepinephrine من أجل تجنب رفع جرعه الدوائين بتالي اتجنب الاعراض الجانبيه مثل arrthemia

مثال اخر Opioid Sparing
هو أن أضيف مسكن من نوع آخر من عائله opioid مثل دواء من مسكنات NSAD عشان اتجنب الاعراض الجانبيه ل عائله opioid

فإن هناك ارتفاع في معدل مقاومة الميكروبات لمضادات الحيويه بنسبه أكثر من 50%
خلال الفتره بين 2017 -2022
التقرير مفادة ان

such as Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter spp
هذه البكتيريا تعتبر مهدده للحياه وكانت تتعالج ب
Carbapenems
ولكن المشكله العضمى ان
8% of bloodstream infections caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae were reported as resistant to carbapenems
ومن ضمن التقرير ان
بنسبه أكثر من 60%
من الNeisseria gonorrhea
كانت مقاومه لل
Oral ciprofloxacin
وكانت نسبه ال E.Coli 20% in UR
مقاومه للخط العلاجي الأول
(Amoxicillin and co-trimoxazole )
والخط العلاجي الثاني
(Fluoroquinolones )
وايضا كان هناك زيادة في
E. Coli 42%
MRSA 35%

هناك دراسه نشرت في مجلة lancet حول العلاقه بين hospital pneumonia وبين احتماليه الاصابه ب Cardiovascular disease أجريت ل 247,935 حالة
خلال short term خلال 30 يوم بعد الاصابه ب hospital pneumonia وايضا long term حتى ٨ سنوات من الاصابه ب hospital pneumonia
✅وكانت النتيجة انه

✅ 9.9%pneumonia cases developed IHD,
✅ (2.0%) cases developed arrhythmia,
✅ (2.3%) cases developed HF,
✅ (7.3%) cases developed IS,
✅ (1.4%) cases developed HS.
