طريقه التعامل مع الورفارين في حاله ارتفع ال INR

If INR is 3.1-3.5, dosing should be decreased by 0%-10%.
If INR is 3.6-4, consider withholding 1 dose. Subsequent dosing should be decreased by 10%-15%.
If INR is 4.1-8.9, consider withholding up to 2 doses. Subsequent dosing should be decreased by 10%-15%.
If INR is > 9, consider withholding 2 doses and administering oral vitamin K 2.5-5 mg. Subsequent dosing should be decreased by 15%-20%.

الطريقه الصحيحه ل عطاء مضادات levofloxacine واخوته مع مضادات الحموضه كالآتي

Ciprofloxacin two hours before or six hours after

J Levofloxacin two hours before or two hours after

J Moxifloxacin four hours before or eight hours after
Anticde

ماذا لو ان لدينا مريضه تعاني من eclampsia
من الضروري ان نعطيها magnesium sulfate
مذا لو كانت ال patients
with myasthenia gravis, 🤔
هنا نستخدم ال
magnesium sulfate
with extreme caution
and in consultation with obstetric anesthetist and/or neurologist
(intubation and ventilation may be required).
ماذا ان أردنا ان نستخدم بديل
Alternative options in these patients include levetiracetam or valproic acid.

من المعروف ان دواء Prednisone وبقيه عائله كورتيكوستيرويد ممكن تعمل الم في المعده كعرض جانبي بس ماهي الحاله التي قد يستخدم فيها prednisone لمعالجة الم المعده 🤔

ممكن يستخدم prednisone في معالجة الم المعده abdominal pain
في مرض فرفرية هينوخ شونلاين (المعروفة أيضًا بالالتهاب الوعائي بالغلوبيولين المناعي A ،وهو مرض مناعي يصيب الاطفال غالبا بحيث يتسبب المرض بألم في البطن abdominal pain بشكل كبير مع الم في المفاصل مع وجود طفح جلدي بلون قرمزي ومشاكل كلويه ايضا
وجد بان naproxen و prednisone يعملان على تخفيف الم البطن بشكل كبير
