او الانخفاض في WBc الناتج عن ادوية antithyroid ،نحلها كيف ؟ بنشوف تظهر اعراض ارتفاع في درجة الحرارة ،والتهاب الحلق لشخص يتناول ادوية antithyroid
اولا نعمل فحص cbc
ثانيا نعطي fresh blood
ثالثا نعطي حقنه dexmethasone ..!
رابعا نعطيه filgrastim S.c
وقبل ذلك نوقف الدواء⭕✅
