As we can see that many users have added fake billing address which is not acceptable. So we want users to fill out a new form to process the payments. This would be helpful for us to process tax fees in future. We will verify the address by sending a speed post ensuring the delivery of the posts before payments end date with secret code for few users. If we confirm that the residence address of any of the users is falsified, all the payments would be cancelled.
