Currently, there is a strong proposal from the United States regarding a mutual cessation of strikes on critical infrastructure.

If our American partners can ensure Russia's real willingness to stop this war of destruction and do so truly and in the long term, Ukraine will take its own de-escalation steps.

Peace is needed. Energy, food transportation routes, and critical infrastructure – all of this must be part of the discussion on ending the strikes.
