Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Israel:

Israel is not a member of the NPT and they have nuclear weapons on a great order.

So is there any international institution protesting why they have this kind of nuclear weapons?

You have witnessed what they are doing in Gaza and Lebanon.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian:

We have no problems with the UAE. We have no problem with any of the regional countries.

We have a problem with the American bases located in these countries and from which they are attacking our country.

The UAE, the Emiratis and other countries of the region are our brothers. We have been living together for a long time and we have had trade. We have supported each other.

So this is the US which has come here and established bases, and from those bases they martyr our children, they attack our infrastructure and target our leaders, commanders and people.

In fact, the problem is that the friendly and neighboring countries should not allow enemies to utilize their soil to attack our country.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian:

Right now we have a good relation with the UAE and we can expand it, and with other countries the same. So we would like to have sincere relations with all of them.

However, it is the US which does not want this to happen, and the reason is that they want to utilize the petroleum reservoirs of the region, and instead they are selling weapons and missiles to the regional countries in order to scare us from each other and pit us against each other.

It is exploiting the capital of the region and also destroying peace and stability.

France and Lebanon are pushing to extend the UN peacekeeping mission in southern Lebanon beyond the end of 2026, warning that a rapid withdrawal could create a security vacuum.

Israel opposes an extension, arguing UNIFIL has failed to prevent Hizbollahโ€™s military build-up.

The mission currently has more than 7,000 personnel, while efforts to establish a replacement force have stalled.

French President Macron hits record low.

16% approval in new Ipsos poll, worse than the Yellow Vest crisis, approaching Hollande-level rejection.

Even among his own camp's supporters, favorability dropped 19 points.

PM Lecornu also at a new low of 20%.

Top concern: purchasing power.

Macron can't run again in 2027 but the "end of reign" atmosphere is dragging everyone down with him.

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Kastellorizo:

Our prudence must not be mistaken for weakness. After all, you know this better than anyone, living every day so close to a country with which geography itself has willed us to coexist.

We threaten no one, but neither do we accept threats or instructions from anyone. We are ready to defend our national integrity and our sovereign rights.

Dialogue, however, I will say it again, is a choice of self-confidence and faith in international law.

We are establishing a special settlement and residence incentive of โ‚ฌ5,000 per year, per household.

This amount is tax-free and cannot be seized, while it increases for each minor child.

There is only one condition: completion of at least one full year of residence in Kastellorizo.

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Kastellorizo:

The message sent by Kastellorizo has its own special significance, because its territory is also European territory.

It therefore constitutes an emblematic place from which to express our intention for a future of peace, with the doors closed to all revisionist aspirations, but with the road open to mutual respect and international legality.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan:

After the recent events in the Strait of Hormuz, we believe that Syria will play a vital role in this regard.

There is a Syria that connects to the Gulf through Jordan and Saudi Arabia, to Iraq and the East, and to Europe through Tรผrkiye.

We want this connection to be built not only on the map but also practically through railways, highways, and pipelines.

We wish to bring these projects to life.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan:

The basis for reaching a permanent solution with Israel in the south is also clear.

A security arrangement based on the 1974 Disengagement of Forces Agreement provides the only realistic framework in this regard.

We expect a more decisive and results-oriented stance from the international community on this issue.
